The cooperative offers two payment assistance options, Payment Extensions and Payment Arrangements.
Members having trouble paying their electric bill by the due date are able to sign up for a payment extension, which enables the member to extend the due date for the past due money until the Friday after the scheduled disconnection.
- Must be completed prior to the scheduled disconnection.
- If a member defaults on the payment extension, the service is subject to immediate disconnection without notice.
You must request a payment extension by logging into your SmartHub account.
