If you are purchasing or building a new home in the cooperative’s service area, you will need to either fill out the Preliminary Membership Application (online) or call the office to sign up for membership.

What we'll need:

  1. Your full name
  2. Your date of birth
  3. Your social security number
  4. Contact phone numbers
  5. Email address (if applicable)
  6. Employer (if applicable)
  7. All of the above information for an additional contact on your account (if applicable)

A member services representative will do an Online Utility Credit Check to determine if you need to pay a deposit. There is a $10 membership/application fee that will be added to your first bill. Once your membership is complete, the representative will send you a packet of cooperative information as well as a membership form that you must sign and return to the cooperative. This form must be signed and returned to the cooperative within 10-14 business days to guarantee service.

We must speak to you in order to establish service. You can also call us at 513-867-4400 or 800-255-2732 during regular office hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
